IN.KÖLN, formerly Spektrum, was the employee magazine of INEOS Cologne, distributed to approximately 2,500 employees, retirees, and residents in the surrounding neighbourhood. I designed the magazine from 2014 in editions of 20 to 48 pages, across corporate news, employee features, site updates, and community content. It appeared up to four times a year at first, later twice, until it was discontinued after the pandemic — well over a decade as the primary communication channel between INEOS Cologne and its people.
